அவசரத் தேவைக்காகப் பிளே ஸ்டோருக்கு வெளியே அல்லது முறையற்ற வழிகளில் டவுன்லோட் செய்யப்படும் சில லோன் ஆப்கள், நம்முடைய காண்டாக்ட்ஸ், போட்டோக்கள் மற்றும் தனிப்பட்ட பைல்களை அனுமதியின்றித் திருடிவிடுகின்றன. வாங்கிய கடனைவிட பலமடங்கு வட்டி கேட்டுவிட்டு, கட்டவில்லை என்றால் குடும்பத்தினருக்கும் நண்பர்களுக்கும் மிரட்டல் விடுப்பது, புகைப்படங்களை மார்பிங் செய்து அனுப்புவது போன்ற மனிதாபிமானமற்ற செயல்களில் ஈடுபடுகிறார்கள். இந்தத் டிஜிட்டல் வலைகளில் சிக்காமல் விழிப்புடன் இருப்பது காலத்தின் கட்டாயம். நடிகர் அரவிந்த்சாமி ஒரு பேட்டியில் சொன்னதைப்போல, எந்தவொரு வேலையையும் விட்டு வெளியேறும் முன்பு, அடுத்த ஆறு மாதத்துக்கான செலவுகளைச் சமாளிக்கத் தேவையான சேமிப்பு நம் கையில் இருக்க வேண்டும். அந்தப் பாதுகாப்பு அரண் இருந்தால்தான், அடுத்த வேலையை அவசரமின்றி, நம் திறமைக்கேற்றபடி நிதானமாகத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்க முடியும். அவசரக் கடன்களின் பிடியில் சிக்கித் தவிப்பதைவிட, தற்காலிகச் சேமிப்பையும் நிதி ஒழுங்கையும் கடைப்பிடிப்பதே நம்மை எப்போதும் பாதுகாப்பாக வைத்திருக்கும்அவசரக் கடனுக்காகப் பயன்படுத்தும் செயலிகள் மட்டுமல்ல, சாதாரண கேம்ஸ் அல்லது எடிட்டிங் ஆப்கள் கூட எதற்காக நம்முடைய Contacts, Photos, SMS, Storage போன்றவற்றுக்கு அனுமதி கேட்கின்றன என்று யோசிப்பதே இல்லை. அவசர காலத்தில் கண்மூடித்தனமாக 'Allow' கொடுப்பதுதான் நம்முடைய தனிப்பட்ட தரவுகள் திருடப்படுவதற்குக் காரணமாகிறது. பயன்பாட்டில் இல்லாத ஆப்களை உடனே அன்இன்ஸ்டால் (Uninstall) செய்வதுடன், செட்டிங்ஸில் சென்று அனுமதிகளைத் (Permissions) தொடர்ந்து சோதிப்பது அவசியம். ஒருவேளை யாராவது இதுபோன்று மிரட்டினாலோ அல்லது தரவுகளைத் தவறாகப் பயன்படுத்த முயன்றாலோ, பயந்து போய் பணம் கட்டிக்கொண்டே இருக்கக் கூடாது. இது சட்டவிரோதமானது. உடனடியாக இந்திய அரசின் அதிகாரப்பூர்வ சைபர் கிராமிடம் 1930 என்ற உதவி எண்கi அழைத்தோ அல்லது சைபர் க்ரைம் என்ற இணையதளத்திலோ புகார் அளிக்க வேண்டும்.இன்றைக்குக் கிரெடிட் கார்டுகள் மற்றும் 'இப்போது வாங்கு, பிறகு செலுத்து' (BNPL) ஆப்கள் எந்தவிதத் தகுதியும் இன்றி எளிதாகக் கிடைக்கின்றன. தேவையில்லாத ஆடம்பரப் பொருட்களுக்கு இந்த முறையைப் பயன்படுத்துவது மெல்ல மெல்ல நம்மை மாபெரும் கடன் வலையில் தள்ளிவிடும்.

"Some loan apps downloaded from outside the Play Store or through unofficial channels for emergency needs steal our contacts, photos, and personal files without permission. After demanding interest many times higher than the loan amount, if it's not paid, they resort to inhumane acts like threatening family and friends, or morphing and sending photos. Staying vigilant against these digital traps is the need of the hour. As actor Arvind Swamy stated in an interview, before leaving any job, we must have savings in hand to cover our expenses for the next six months. Only with that safety shield can we choose our next job leisurely and according to our skills without panic. Rather than getting caught in the grip of emergency loans, maintaining temporary savings and financial discipline is what will always keep us safe. Not just apps used for emergency loans, but even ordinary games or editing apps ask for permission to access our Contacts, Photos, SMS, Storage, etc., without us ever questioning why. Giving 'Allow' blindly in a hurry is what causes our personal data to be stolen. It is essential to immediately uninstall unused apps and continuously check permissions in settings. If anyone threatens you like this or tries to misuse your data, you should never keep paying them out of fear. This is illegal. You must immediately call the Indian government's official cybercrime helpline at 1930 or file a complaint on the cybercrime website. Today, credit cards and 'Buy Now, Pay Later' (BNPL) apps are easily accessible without any eligibility criteria. Using this method for unnecessary luxury items will slowly drag us into a massive debt trap."
