LIFE TALKS - நம்மை நாமே சப்போர்ட் பண்ண வேண்டும் !

திரையில் தோன்றும் சூப்பர் ஹீரோக்கள் உலகைக் காப்பாற்றலாம், பறக்கலாம், எதை வேண்டுமானாலும் செய்யலாம். ஆனால், நம் நிஜ வாழ்க்கையின் உண்மையான சூப்பர் ஹீரோக்கள் நாமேதான். பல சமயங்களில் திறமையும் லட்சியமும் இருந்தும் கூட, நமக்கான சரியான சூழல், வாய்ப்புகள் மற்றும் சரியான மனிதர்களின் (Support System) வழிகாட்டுதல் அமையாமல் போவதால் மட்டுமே பலர் பின்தங்கி விடுகிறார்கள். இதுதான் நம் சமூகத்தின் மறுக்க முடியாத யதார்த்தம். எல்லா மனிதர்களுக்கும் தொடக்கப் புள்ளி ஒன்றுபோல இருப்பதில்லை. சிலருக்குப் பிறப்பிலிருந்தே அனைத்து வசதிகளும் வாய்ப்புகளும் எளிதில் கிடைத்துவிடுகின்றன. ஆனால், பல திறமையானவர்களோ தங்களின் அடிப்படைத் தேவைகளுக்கே போராட வேண்டிய சூழலில், தங்களின் உண்மையான திறமையை வெளிப்படுத்த முடியாமல் முடங்கிப் போகிறார்கள். "தனி ஒரு மனிதனால் எதுவும் செய்ய முடியாது" என்பார்கள். ஒரு மரத்திற்கு நல்ல உரம், தண்ணீர் மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பு எப்படித் தேவையோ, அதேபோல் ஒரு மனிதனின் வளர்ச்சிக்குச் சரியான வழிகாட்டும் மனிதர்களும் நல்ல சூழலும் அவசியம். இவை கிடைக்காத பட்சத்தில், திறமை இருந்தும் சரியான பாதையைத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்க முடியாமல் பலர் திணறுகின்றனர். தனிமனிதனின் தோல்விக்கு எப்போதும் அவன் மட்டுமே காரணமாய் இருக்க முடியாது. அவனுக்குத் தகுதியான வாய்ப்புகளை வழங்கத் தவறிய சமூக அமைப்பும், பொருளாதாரச் சூழலுமே பல நேரங்களில் காரணமாகின்றன. திறமைகளை அடையாளம் கண்டு ஊக்கப்படுத்தும் முறையான சூழல் இங்கு இன்னும் பலருக்குக் கிடைப்பதில்லை. "வெளியில் இருந்து எந்த உதவியும், சப்போர்ட்டும் கிடைக்காதபோது, உங்களுக்கு நீங்களே ஆதரவாக நின்று, உங்களது உள் பலத்தை (Inner Strength) உருவாக்குவதைத் தவிர வேறு வழியில்லை." சூழ்நிலை தனக்குச் சாதகமாக இல்லை என்பதற்காக யாரிடமும் கையேந்தாமல், தனக்கான பாதையைத் தானே செதுக்கிக் கொள்ளும் மனப்பக்குவத்தை வளர்த்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும்.தோல்விகளும் ஏமாற்றங்களும் சூழ்நிலையால் வரும்போது, அது உங்களை முடக்காமல் இன்னும் பலமான ஒருவராக மாற்ற வேண்டும்.

 Superheroes appearing on screen can save the world, fly, and do anything. But the true superheroes of our real life are ourselves. Many times, despite having talent and ambition, many people fall behind simply because they lack the right environment, opportunities, and the guidance of the right people (a support system). This is the undeniable reality of our society. The starting point is not the same for all human beings. For some, all comforts and opportunities are easily accessible right from birth. However, many talented people struggle just to meet their basic needs and become paralyzed, unable to showcase their true potential.

It is often said that "an individual cannot achieve anything alone." Just as a tree needs good fertilizer, water, and protection, the growth of a person requires the right guiding people and a good environment. When these are lacking, many struggle to choose the right path despite having talent. An individual's failure cannot always be attributed solely to them; the social structure and economic environment that fail to provide them with deserving opportunities are often the reasons. A systematic environment that identifies and encourages talents is still not available to many here.

"When no help or support comes from the outside, you have no choice but to stand by your own support and build your inner strength." Even when circumstances are not favorable, one must develop the maturity to carve out their path without begging anyone. When failures and disappointments arise from circumstances, they should not paralyze you, but rather transform you into a much stronger person.
